In an effort to increase employee productivity on service calls, in 2013 Fives developed a paperless solution to monitor maintenance operations at customer sites
By using tablets, our technicians can:
- Review the maintenance range
- Input service call reports and prevent double entries
- Manage their rounds (greasing, filters)
- Look up inventory status
- Look up feedback and information on the CMMS
- Look up machine documentation
The data entered is processed by a back office maintenance system that populates the CMMS and service monitoring files.
